Last years event was a huge success as always. Thanks to everyone who participated in the event. The foundation has been instrumental in changing the lives of many individuals who have experienced limb loss. We are asking for your support in this years golf open. This is our elvenith annual event, and is the foundation's primary means of raising funds. Each year the tournament draws over 150 people and every penny generated goes directly to the foundation.

The foundation is taking on another roll in benefiting amputee soldiers returning from the war on terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan. We are currently involved with The Wounded Warrior Project, The U.S. National Amputee hockey team (part of USA Hockey), The Thomas DeMartino Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Bret H. Chernik Amputee Foundation Scholarship Fund. The Hartford Wolfpack is also involved in helping the foundation with a Wounded Warrior project event and with The U.S. National Amputee Hockey Team. Our active sponsors include the National Hockey League (NHL), the American Hockey League (AHL), the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), the National Ice Hockey Officials Association (NIHOA),The ECAC Hockey League (ECACHL), The Hartford Wolfpack (affilate of the New York Rangers and Madison Square Garden) as well as numerous businesses.
